POEM & REFLECTION

All Things Bright and Beautiful

All things bright and beautiful,

All creatures great and small,

All things wise and wonderful,

The Lord God made them all.

Each little flower that opens,

Each little bird that sings,

He made their glowing colors,

He made their tiny wings.

The purple-headed mountain,

The river running by,

The sunset, and the morning,

That brightens up the sky;

The cold wind in the winter,

The pleasant summer sun,

The ripe fruits in the garden,

He made them every one.

He gave us eyes to see them,

And lips that we might tell,

How great is God Almighty,

Who has made all things well.

I can still recall during those time when my teacher asked me to recite this poem, I was in grade 4 when I recited it in front of the whole class. Although this poem is mostly recited by children but for me as a Nature Lover I can reflect how God loves us, how wonderful creatures he made and give to us that money can’t buy. We human are blessed enough to have these things. In return we must take good care of this creation we must give value the gift of the Lord to us because if all of these will gone the world will be lonely and boring. And through this poem  I have realized that there is nothing impossible with God.
